Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10
business days to your original payment method.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Afrikart will cover the shipping cost.
For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery (this applies to most products; see our Returns & Exchange policy for items that cannot be returned). Include
your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping
label if applicable.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Perishable goods (such as food or wellness consumables), personal care items, and
custom-made or final-sale products are not eligible.

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible
items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

You can cancel or request changes within 1 hour of placing your order, as long as it has not been processed or shipped. After that, your order is already being prepared and cannot be canceled, but you can return it once it arrives, subject to our return policy.
