• Wet Hair: Thoroughly saturate the hair and scalp with lukewarm water.

• Apply: Dispense approximately a dime-sized amount into your palms. Use slightly more for very thick, long, or heavily soiled hair.

• Massage: Apply to the scalp and wet hair, then gently massage with your fingertips until a rich lather forms. Avoid scratching the scalp with your fingernails.

• Cleanse: Work the lather through the lengths of the hair and rinse thoroughly with clean water until all shampoo has been removed.
