From the product collection Meet Lubembo Trades + Foundation.
One of Lubembo’s signature offerings, Lubembo Kikwit Forest Honey, is a premium, dark, raw honey harvested from the biodiverse forests of the Kikwit region—an ecologically rich tributary area of the Kasai River in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This honey is distinguished by its deep amber color, signaling a high mineral concentration and a bold, complex flavor shaped by wild forest blossoms.
Traditionally harvested using non-invasive, time-honored methods, the honey is collected by local farmers and women’s communities who work in harmony with nature, protecting both the bees and the forest ecosystem. Unpasteurized and completely unprocessed, Lubembo Kikwit Forest Honey retains its natural enzymes, pollen, antioxidants, and probiotics—supporting gut health, balanced energy release, and overall wellness.
Pure, organic, non-GMO, and ethically sourced, Lubembo Kikwit Forest Honey represents the intersection of African biodiversity, ancestral knowledge, and modern global trade—delivering integrity, traceability, and exceptional quality in every jar.
Lubembo Trades + Foundation follows Afrikart’s own policies on delivery and returns.
