Premium Gourmet Vanilla Extract is a luxury upgrade for your everyday baking and professional pastry creations. Unlike mass-produced factory extracts that rely on synthetic vanillin, our extract undergoes a patient, artisan cold-extraction technique. This preserves the delicate, warm, and sweet floral notes of East African vanilla pods. Every bottle features a dark, rich body containing real vanilla caviar specs, delivering a world-class aroma that turns simple cookies, cakes, and custards into gourmet experiences.

This vanilla was the star of our morning breakfast pancakes! As soon as you pour it out, you notice the dark concentrated color. This is not the typical stuff you get from the conglomerates. At 120 ml or 4oz its going to last a long time. The vanilla taste is strong and you can also taste the alcohol that will burn off during cooking. I also noticed vanilla pod residue. This is the real deal. It felt good supporting an African business in East Africa. It was the topic of conversation with out guest that were staying over from the night before and and had us researching vanilla on the internet. Apparently much of the worlds vanilla comes from Madagascar from companies such as Dr. Oetker. I found this to be an interesting story https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5sD5n-Z71M
